1. Our Commitment
At PDG Collectors, we take pride in delivering authentic, high-quality Pokémon cards and collectibles. Each item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping.
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — that’s why we have a clear, fair returns and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Because we sell collectible and high-value trading cards, our return policy is slightly different from regular retail items.
You may request a return or refund only if:
- You received the wrong item, quantity, or product.
- Your order was damaged during shipping.
- Your item does not match the product description on our website.
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Cards that have been opened, handled, or removed from sealed packaging.
- Minor cosmetic variations (factory print lines, centering issues, etc.) typical of Pokémon cards.
3. Timeframe for Returns
If you are eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
To start a return, please email info@pdgcollectors.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all protective sleeves, boxes, and seals intact.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
- If your payment currency differs from Japanese Yen (JPY), exchange rate differences and bank fees may slightly affect the final refund amount.
6. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact us immediately.
We’ll assist with tracking and file claims with our delivery partners when necessary.
Refunds for lost packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis once carrier investigation is complete.
